On-Line Payments

The 3 columns  below are designed to allow a simple but totally safe way to pay for your Christmas Tree Order.

All payments are made through the PayPal payment system to guarantee the most secure and widely used Payment Gateway avalable, Many of you will be familiar or may even have a PayPal account of which you can use to settle your Invoice.

A PayPal Account is required to utilise the “Quick Pay” QR Code or PayPal.Me Options, However if you do not have a PayPal account Option 3 is available to enter your card detail without a PayPal account.

Standard Payment Information

In an effort to keep costs down and to reduce our carbon footprint Town Centre Trees are switching to On-Line payments

With this in mind we have introduced some new payment options for this year,

Direct Bank Transfer (prefered method)

Direct Bank Transfers can be made to :

All banking details are included at the bottom of your Invoice.

Please contact us to receive secure Banking Detailed information. 

 When paying by this method Please use your Invoice Number as  the reference to enable us to allocate the payment to the correct account.

Cash, Card or Cheque

Cash Payments

Cash payments are accepted on a “collection only basis”, although we are trying to reduce this facility to minimum contact. Should you require this facility please be aware that we must be notified by completing the Update Form and requesting collection of payment via the comment Section

Credit / Debit Card Payments

Card payments can be made either by PayPal on the Payments page or by personal visit to your premises, (chip and pin or contactless) is available. should you require this facility please be aware that we must be notified by completing the Update Form and requesting collection of payment via the comment Section.

Cheque Payments

Cheques must be made payable to “Town Centre Trees” and must include your Invoice Number written on the reverse side of the Cheque.

Please use the remittance advice slip at the bottom of the Invoice.

Use The QR Code

The Easy Way

Below is a QR Code that will take you direct to the PayPal payment screen. this QR Code is also printed on your Invoice.

You must have a PayPal Account to use this option.

All you need to do is Scan the Code on your Smart Device (Phone or Tablet) and make the payment.

Please Help us to Help You, make sure the “Supply of Goods or Services” box is “unchecked”. This will ensure a FEE FREE transaction and that no charges are incurred by either side and allow us to keep the trees at the most affordable Price in the future.

  • Enter the amount (from your invoice)
  • Login to your PayPal Account
  • In the “Add a Note” Enter your Invoice Number as a reference
  • Please Uncheck the Paying for Goods box (this ensures Fee Free transaction)
  • Press “Send Money Now”

Use PayPal.Me

The Other Easy Way

Click on the “Pay now with PayPal” button below.

You must have a PayPal Account to use this option.

  • Enter the amount (from your invoice)
  • Login to your PayPal Account
  • Uncheck the Paying for Goods box (this ensures Fee Free transaction)
  • Enter Invoice number as reference in the “Add a Note”
  • Press “Send Money Now”

 Please ensure that the “Paying for Goods” box is unchecked (not ticked) this will allow the payment to be Fee Free with no charges incurred.  Please enter your Invoice Number in the “Add a Note” to allow us to allocate your payment to the correct account

  • Enter your Company Name
  • Enter the amount (from the invoice)
  • Enter Invoice number as reference
  • Press Pay with PayPal    (yellow button) or
  •  “Pay by Card”. (Black Button)

this will take you to PayPal and follow the instructions for payment.
